First - I know what comes first.  YOU come first.  The entire goal of this process is to find you a house you love to come home to.  I will listen to your wants and needs,
find great options and solutions. 

Second - you'll want an agent with the business savvy needed to get you in the door of the house you want.  Details count for, and often cost, a lot in this business.  Attention to detail and professional service is what you should expect.

Third - you'll want an agent who embraces technology without losing the personal touch. The capabilities of the internet, email, text, etc. greatly enhance service to my clients, but these will never replace the time I spend with you.
